Terms of Service

Arcan AI Ltd provides an AI receptionist and lead-to-booking system for high-ticket trade and construction businesses in the UK — including roofing, HVAC, plumbing, solar and building.

Our system captures inbound calls and enquiries, qualifies prospects, books appointments and follows up automatically, using an AI voice receptionist, website chat, booking integrations and CRM workflows.

Pricing is tailored to each business based on call volume, workflow complexity and integrations. Contact us for a free growth audit and a custom quote.

Billing is monthly in advance. Your subscription starts on the day you sign up and renews on the same date each month.

You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@arcanco.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no early termination fees.

If a payment fails, we'll notify you and attempt to retry. Service may be paused if payment remains outstanding after 7 days.

Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price increase takes effect.

Arcan is not liable for missed calls, lost bookings, or lost revenue caused by:

• Service downtime or outages on our platform.

• Third-party outages — including telecom providers, our automation platform, or internet connectivity.

• Client-side misconfiguration — such as incorrect call forwarding, wrong business details, or outdated availability.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you've paid in the 3 months preceding the incident. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service running, but no service is 100% uptime. We recommend maintaining a backup answering method for critical periods.

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date business information — services, rates, coverage areas, and availability.

• Pay your subscription on time.

• Keep your call forwarding and phone setup correctly configured.

• Use the service lawfully and not for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.

You are responsible for ensuring you have consent to record calls under UK law. Arcan provides the recording capability, but you are responsible for compliance with call recording regulations in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to send spam, make unsolicited marketing calls, or harass anyone.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Arcan AI system.

• Use the service in a way that damages our infrastructure or third-party systems.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.

The Arcan AI system — including the software, AI models, voice configurations, and platform — is owned by Arcan AI Ltd and protected by UK intellectual property law.

You retain ownership of your business name, branding, and any content you provide to configure the service. We retain ownership of the underlying AI technology.

You grant us a licence to use your business information solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you.

You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty — see the Billing section above.

We can terminate your account with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you breach these terms or use the service unlawfully.

On termination, your call forwarding should be redirected away from Arcan. We'll retain your data as set out in our Privacy Policy, then delete it when no longer needed.

Arcan AI Ltd is a UK limited company. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
